NOVA SCOTIA PNP
“Nova Scotia” means “New Scotland” which is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, including numerous bays and estuaries. It is one of the key provinces of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Halifax is the capital city of Nova Scotia, also known as the center of art and culture as well as famous for its high quality of life and low-cost living. The aspirant who intended to settle in the province through the Nova Scotia PNP; must have skills, education, work experience, and language ability as defined by the Government of Nova Scotia.

Eligibility Criteria for Nova Scotia PNP:
• The age limit is between 21 to 55 for the candidate.
• Minimum language ability required on the basis of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) is CLB 5
• National Occupational Classification (NOC) level 0, A or B is required.
• Applicant requires a passport or documents identifying you as a legal residence in the country.
• Applicant has completed high school (at least 12th) equivalent to Canadian education, the post-secondary qualification or training must be completed in one academic year in length.
• The applicant should have minimum 2 years of experience in the field they are applying and have to demonstrate that you are financially established and want to live in Nova Scotia permanently.

• Fill the application form with the required documents attached to that application. The processing time required is three months or more
• After receiving your nominee certificate, a candidate can apply for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for permanent residence within 6 months, CIC has all the rights to issue a Permanent Residence Visa.
• Candidate and dependent family have to pass the medical exam, police verification, an interview.
